Is it me or does music suck these days, there is nothing that is worth buying or listening for that matter.. Im disapointed with hip hop, soul, r&b, pop, rock, all genre of music is pissing me off. We need a change, im not sure just yet but when i got something i wll let you know

Sorry for the lack of entries lately, it hasn't been on my mind I guess you can call it bloggers block. But I will get back on the ball in a minute, the world is a little boring right now with all these silly politics and i'm tired of falling into the whole being so political when there is nothing you can do about it. I want to start a non profit organization and donate money to start putting money and the right tools for school teachers to educate our young properly. Im from louisiana and the education system here is probably one of the worst in the country, its a waste of time on high school kids because i was set in my ways by 9th grade..we have to start the right education in elementry where it counts and everything else should follow along.

I would like to give thanks to God and a prayer for the native American that lost there lives to give us this special holiday. May god have mercy on the pilgrims souls. Ok lets eat! 

Makem play with no pay!

Just one more thing i would like to add about the brawl last Friday. They suspended the players for a bunch of games and one player they suspended for the whole season. I think they got off with a slap on the wrist, if it was me i would still make players play with no pay and if they don't comply with the rules then they don't need to stay in the league...Fire them fools, its just like any other job..let someone from wall-mart get into a fight with a customer..your going to get fired..why should the league be any different. I have no remorse for people that make millions and don't have any self control...my life would of have to be threatened if i am going to lay my hands on anybody and a beer cub is not life threatening. This is a result of giving kids with talent millions of dollars and expect them to act professional.

Thats what it cost to put Scott Peterson in jail and guess who picks that bill up...YOU..thats right folks americas tax payers are probably going to pick up the bill on the investigation of the peterson trial..Im not sure how to feel about this but if the courts was 2 million in the hole on peterson its no wonder why he had to go to jail...who was going to pay if he got off..funny how this country works and it's showing its ass everyday...

Do you buy Bootlegs?

I use to be a critic against movie bootlegs..but recently i have not seen a good movie that i use to pay for in a while...i was buying movies from the old blockbuster or walmart for a couple of years, but now that im broke these days i have excepted a bootleg version here and there...Times have sure changed..a couple of friends of mine loan me some bootleg movies and the quality was the same as if i bought it from the store...I'm not totally converting to bootlegs but until i get back on my feet Hollywood is gonna have to really impress me before they get another buck out of me.

Thats a very powerful statement if you have to do what you have to do. I use to work security for a hospital and the things i had to deal with i don't think most can stomach. Everything about the job was pretty basic security except for one small detail. Security had to remove the dead from the hospital beds to the morgue for pick up by the funeral home or coroners. Now some people might say man thats not that bad but there is always one thing that people never want to think about but it happens often. Dead babies, this was the only thing i couldn't do to many times because of all the dead bodies i have ever handled, young and old. The babies stay in your head for a long time. Its been 5 years since I've seen a dead baby and it still feels like yesterday. I had one 3 month old baby that died on the arms of her mother overnight. Now the rules when a baby dies under the age of 1 or 2 i don't quite remember but the case gets picked up automatically by homicide and the baby is not allowed to get touched once pronounced dead. This is where the job gets even harder because when the doctor tells the mother there is nothing he can do and you see that mother crying her heart out and going mad and all she wants to do is hold her baby and all i can tell her is "I'm sorry miss but the rules are you can not touch the child" she looks at me like to say what kind of monster are you that you will not let me hold my child but the only response i can give her to keep her from attacking me is "Miss I'm just doing my job". I should of quit the next day but my bank account did not allow me to but by the second one they can keep that job.

Boo Hoo

A bunch of churches are shutting down due to the scandals of those pedifilers..Well they brought it on themselves..One priest been raping little boys since the 70's...for this kind of behaviour i don't see how people are even Christian...i don't here about buda monks molesting children or a rabbi having little boys in there chambers or muselms suck on little boys penises...i think its sick to use the lords name to manipulate children's minds on having sex with these men...this world is sick and the Christians on top of the food chain...i haven't done a study but i bet you a million or so if i had it that the majority of sex crimes and murders are done by christians...prove me wrong fellow jesus followers...Morals..Remember that word christians..thats what this election was all about..what kind of f#$%ing Moral value do you really have when you have constant priest raping your little boys and girls them sick f%^*ers.  I have to stop, this is pissing me off..anyway prove me wrong and go with god.

Every post is your last

People complain that they're not getting readers with blogexplosion just those 30 sec. traffic. I don't feel that people are just sitting there for 30 sec. and not reading nothing...I read at least the first entry and if the first one is catchy then i read on the rest of it..Thats why i can't stress enough that every post you should treat it like your last and watch the comments pour in...30 sec. is plenty of time to glance at the first entry of a blog and i feel its like a hit record you know its good in 5 sec. with this said lets keep those hit maker entries coming.

He should of got off

I was routing for Scott Peterson due to the fact that there was no solid evidence that he committed the crime..But did his wife come from the bottom of the lake just in time for his conviction to tell on his actions...who knows, but what no one talked about was this chick disappeared about 2 years ago...shouldn't the body be bones by now?? did they find the bones of the baby..I'm confused, maybe i didn't follow the case to well but if some jury members had to get replaced because they didn't agree with the case isn't that a mistrial? They went ahead and found new jurors that was following the case and that should be a conflict of interest...I'm no lawyer but i like to ask a lot of questions especially if my freedom is in jepordy...

Why 666?

well as all the bloggers know by now there is a great site that helps with traffic called blogexplosion. Well in order to move on to the next site you have to click on random numbers in random locations...the crazy part is and its probably nothing but i constanly get the 666 number to click on and this erks me...i can't stand to see that number on anything..even people with that number on there licence plate i think to myself i would take it back..Call me supersticious but i can really do with out those set of numbers...anothere reason why it makes me feel funny is in my stats on my page on blogexplosion my traffic for the week was 666...i posted it on my page and no one seem to care..For a country that believes in all these morals its funny that these numbers are accepted in our everyday life. Since america is banning everything, 666 should be at the top of the list.

Who and What makes you a true blogger??

I posted this a while back but people are commenting on my blog and i don't feel like they are reading the archives so im just letting all the new traffic whats up.


I ask this question because i feel i don't follow the true format of a blog..even though a blog content can be pretty much about everything it is without said that a blog has to still have this certain appeal to it the attracts readers and not just a money opportunity. it seems that a real blogger can see threw any bloging for money page. but for how long? more and more everyday joes are blogging and not for nothing but thats how i feel about my self blogging. I too am new at blogging and I'm very green to the ones that been at it for a while and it almost feels like a secret society of bloggers. well I'm saying this to let yall know that we should maintain this structure and educate those that stray away from the focus of a true blog and if money is a concern be creative and people will recognise. Now i might not follow the format but i do follow the guide lines and that is to keep my readers updated on any thoughts i personaly have about things but the twist is that i really cater my questions to my readers i like there point of views just as much as i like reading other blogs...

Cowards!!

You know i can take insults,  i have bad layout, i have obscene language, i will even take the fact the i miss spell words...but the one thing i really can't stand is a coward that speaks his mind and doesn't leave a link back to reach them...i mean everybody has a right to there own opinion but insulting people and then hiding like a little boy is just plain out cowardly to me....ladies should take offense if someone compares a coward to a little girl...women stand up for themselves and not affraid to admit that it was them that spoke up..cowards...there all around us..

Where is my Motivation?

Man with satan still in office and broke pockets and slow at work its been a challange tring to come up with some decent entries..its been a ruff week..rent was due..car notes are due..baby needs diapers, food, more diapers,..insurance, phone, man just a bit too much all at once. its like the whole week i didn't get anything i wanted...Bush out of office...Work to pick up so i can have some money in my pocket and life bills not effect me that much and have enough to smoke me some train reck...for all my true bud smokers you know what train reck is..so im wonering where can i get some motivation??

Here comes the complaints

I got my first hate my page comment from a BX surfer...The person said something about some script i had with the F. word....telling me how BX shouldn't let me do that...folks..this is a blog..there is going to have adult content that is offensive..biased...racist...stereotypical...i mean anything that can be put in writing is on blogs....But thats all it is...writings..i promise not to put any sexual explicit pic's up, but i will speak my mind how i see fit and if i feel the f. word was used in one of my articals or even in any of my promo banners (i might like a link to something that has a banner that uses the f. word) Its supposed to be there and thats how im doing it.....im not biting my tongue for no-one. I will do this, im putting this parental advisory pic on my page wich explaines my veiws and thoughts.

How do you rate me?

The the way i rate peoples blogs on the BX is a simple process for me cause the bulk of my the rating comes from appearence..here is my chart

• A 1 is for them folks that have a blog template with nothing writen.
• A 2, 3, 4 are insulting if you have even one entry.
• A 5 is when i start them bloggers with blogger templates (i will explain later)
• A 6 is for a custom site with just one entry..i give you credit just for creating a custom site.
• A 7 has double meaning..the basic meaning is a good site and a good read. the other meaning is for bloggers with just a blogger template this is the highest rating i can give you..(i will explain later)
• 8 is for a great site and good read (this is why blogger templats cannot recive a rating higher than 7)
• 9 is for a great site and a great read im coming back for more
• 10 your the master

So with my rating system i try to keep it above average because just making the effort to work on a blog is stressful if you don't know the language.

It took me a good month to get use to them, but they sound great..its amazing how much bass these babies can take...Now thats not always a good thing...not everybody has $1,300 pair of speakers for ther listening pleasure..but not just how hard the bass hits but the dimension of the bass. you can feel the roundness of the bass which is very important in hip hop..you want that bass to come from all sides of you not just down the middle..For you mixing engineers you know what i mean for rookies your just gonna have to figure that one out. I used Alesis monitor one for a few years and what i like about what alesis did with ProLinear 820 DSP is they maintained the highs and its like listening to the same speaker but with a proper sub...

ILok holding me back...

Anyone using digi 01 having problems buying the ilok key for pro tools?

I can't seem to get mine in, I have purchased one from my local Guitar center and it never came...Is anyone else having this problem because it seems like there on back order forever. So this leaves me stuck in Mac OS 9 and i feel like im in the stone ages when i compare OS X and OS 9..I can't buy online i have no credit and nobody has told me that i can get it online any faster than going directly to the store. Please any protools users out there that can tell me wher is the best spot to get this thing let me know.

First Time Convicted Felon

Yeah folks that's right I am a convicted felon. I'm not going to write what I was convicted of but I will give you a list of the top 5 worst things that I'm not convicted for..

1. Murder

2. Child Molester

3. Rape

4. Armed Robbery

5. Conspiracy

All these choices do not apply but ill leave you with your own conclusion. How many of you reading this are convicted felons..Don't worry I don't want you to leave a comment if your wanted or even if your not I don't want to scare folks away...I'm just curious..Because what I'm bout to write about I feel the felons would relate the best. Now here is what I would like to point out on this 1st of many writings of a first time convicted felon. A ruined life for a 9 to 5...From the time a person gets arrested depending on there charge, a felony charge will have you sit in jail about a good 3 days...Now in if this happen to you on a Sunday night right before work this could possibly be a problem with your boss on Thursday morning, and the only excuse you can give him is that your were locked up...Shit, the reality that you might not have a job when you get out is very real..So not only do you get charged up the ass in fines and court fees now I have to pay these fuckers 74 bucks a month because of probation..DAMN!!..

spare your pity because that's not what I'm shooting at...I know what I did..But I also know I am a family man that just does what he has to do to make ends meet but the phrase " I was having too much fun" pops to mind....Driving a little too fast, In the wrong town and now "I'm locked up.. They won't let me out....They wont let me out....I'm locked up!"... Well it wasn't longer than 72 hours since my arrest that they finally let me out..And the killer part is that this all happened 4 hours away from home...DAMN!!

So come to find out that I have to come to court from out of town and appear in court promptly at 8:30 a.m. I live 4 hours away so do the math...I get there on my first appearance and I had to wait the whole day because they go by alphabet and my last name begins with a P...OOHH...Ok and after all that all I was doing was listening what I was charged with and that the state is not ready for the case so we will see you next month. O K ...On my way home now and court let me out for 5:30!!!! DAMN!!!

First Time Convicted Felon (cont.)

So im back on the road for the next court date. Its like 3:30 in the morning and im driving to Florida...This time they have prior cases before me so felony court didn't start till noon..so i spent another whole day in court just to find out that the case is still not ready but they accepted a plea...i choose no contest...ok see you next month...folks getting a record out of state is excruciating...and not to mention i have a additional 4 hours to get home..Damn!

 

I talk to the public pretender (offender) before my trial and he reassured that i was not going to do any time and probation was pretty much what i was looking at..Well i took a very nochalant approach to it and i ended up being late to my court hearing...why did i do that..the judge locked me up right where i stood...i had a bag of trees in my pocket that i had to play off cause the officer was emptying my pockets and i hurried up and told my wife to get my wallet and she grab the bag out from my pocket and i was happy that i wasn't at least  caught up on another charge...just like that i could of ruined my life...well im in lock up for three days and judge set no bail and no set date when i was to see him...but on the 3rd day i see the judge and he is not happy with me...he gives me probation and 30 days in jail...DAMN!!

 

I didn't do the time right on the spot because i begged him to see if i can do my time in new orleans were i live and he permitted me one week to get it accomplished..i still have not been home from the time i had been arrested...but i was ordered to see my florida probation officer before i did my time...now this is where it just made no sense but its the way it happened..when i go to report to the P.O. he has to grant me the permission to leave florida in order for me to go home..this caused a problem considering all the offices to get the permit to leave have closed for the day...DAMN!!

 

On top of the fact that i can't leave the day i got out, but i can't leave the state till they allow me to..well im sick to my stomach by now and i need some rest.. i crash out in a hotel with wifey and continue the struggle early in the morning..To my surprise the state of florida denies me permission to leave the state so now the P.O. is telling me i should just finish the rest of the time that was issued to me by the judge and after that they would transfer my papers to louisiana so i can do my probation there...The kicker is the judge allowed me to go home to try to get my time transfered but nothing..so i try to talk to the judge and let him know what i am faced with in his own town...folks to make a long story short i don't know what came over the judge but he reversed the sentencing to just probation and he gave me timed served for being late to court...how that fell into my advantage i don't know, my wife said it is god...but by the laws eyes im wrong..Lucky for me i am selfemployed but a week without work can put anybody out on the streets...if i had a real job if i wasn't fired the first time there's no excuse for the second..so it brings me back to the 9 to 5 life..Nobody hires convicted felons...I better hope business is succesfull...
