I want to just let those anti low carb folks out there that are discouraging people from trying to lose weight. i feel that they come in 2 forms...your either not fat or your too lazy to even try to break them addictions...I'm not saying this is the only way to lose weight but I'm a very lazy and stuburn person when it comes to my weight and Knowledge is Power, what might work for me might help someone else..Someone asked me one time "how can i question the facts"..I replied.."I don't Question the Facts.. I question where you got them from"...don't believe everything you read and hear folks, everybody different..

I've just signed up with blog explo..and i have noticed a diffrence in traffic..but people blogexplo. is not going to do the hard work for you and that is to have solid content on your page..just because blogs are the next wave there are still trashy blogs that people are just putting up for the traffic and commercial use of this new trend in blogs...with all that said its still your right to do with it as you wish so here is a way to help.

Keeping The Weight Off

Well folks about a year ago i weighted about 330 pounds and feeling like i was dying..I've lost 60 pounds since then and keeping it off..right before everybody and there grandma was on the Atkins me and my wife started..although it was a big hype, truth is it works and the weight has stayed off...now i call it Atkins but me and my wife were practising a low carb diet and a balanced food nutrition.  Basically i eat pretty much what i want just intake more meat cause i am a omnivore and lowered my carb intake...for any vegans you really shouldn't have a problem..well maybe gaining weight. But for us big folks i just want to let yall know, i was lazy (well I'm still lazy but just eat better ) tried all the time, depressed and losing 60 pounds help with picked up my spirits that i did this and nobody else. It feels good to make everybody eat there words for a change pardon the pun..The best part about losing the weight was that i didn't move a muscle...Me and my wife (my personal trainer) forced all them carbs out our lives for them first 2 weeks. after them 2 weeks you don't even want to look at a piece of bread.  There so many other styles of diets that can fit your desires but them first 2 weeks of what i call withdrawal period..is a must to break the bond you have with the craving that your always hungry...thats just the carbs talking...once that addiction is broken and it is an addiction. you can live your life again with out food constantly being on the for front of your thinking.  I hope this relates to at least one person out there cause my health changed my life and i hope it can help someone else.

       How realistic is this statement...as much as i would like to go back to cuba the truth is i can't go back...not now and i dont quiet know when...but i also wonder why cubans are not rallying up to go against castro and free cuba..just like there doing in iraq...but since no money is to be made in cuba that subject seems to loose its steam...I know that cuba is communist but i what i don't understand about my own people is if it is fucked up in cuba why us as cuban americans not doing anything about it...i dont know the ins and outs of cuban politics and government..im kind of affraid what i would find out...Im also not sure if its entirely castro's fault on how the country is run...if the people of cuba don't stand up for themselves how will we know what the real problem is...im not tring to move back to cuba if i could cause i been here all my life and im set in my ways but i would love to visit my country sometime in my lifetime and for my daughter to see her home land..for any cubans out there that are ready to start a new cuban revolution let me know about it...i would love to contribute my ideas and thoughts about this situation  and what can be done about it....Im a cuban that laid silent for years and its time to speak out and find out what the fuck is really going on in cuba..i feel i have been kept in the dark about this someone enlighten me....

There are about a million sites out there that are trying to get noticed and there willing to pay you to go and check there site out if you don't want anything you don't buy if you do its on you but the fact that you can get paid for just showing up on the site i think us broke people can benefit from ...here is the catch sign up with and follow the instructions on how to start clicking threw web pages and start getting paid. here is the skinny on the whole process...of course the link is my refferal link but this is were it gets good...i just surf ed about 50 pages and i earned a buck for the day...i haven't figured out how much the refferal program pays out but i know it does...the point is if all i had to do is look at about 50 sites and i get a buck...what if i had 30 or 40 people to do the same under me...well were back to a pyramid scam..ah your right but the point of the matter is that you are surfing links that are paying you to view them so the money is already paid and everyone is happy...its a little tricky to get your search bar up and running but once you got it search on it and start getting paid for just clicking away....once you get tired log in to your account and see how many clicks you just got paid for...not bad if you ask me...i saw results immedietly...i want you to know exactly how you get paid cause i was skeptical at first cause it also took a couple of days to get your account active...but once its on go have fun and make some money....if you fall for one of those sites that are selling something thats not mine or the advertisers fault thats what they were tring to do but if you see the potential in this little pyramid hustel spred the word and benifet from the clicks....

I wonder if the first few hundred blogs that subscribed to blogexplosion have the pyramid affect??  With all the refferals on every bodies blog all the new bloggers are all refferal material..since to the average blogger, blogging is old news but imagine for a sec that this blogging thing starts to really blow...like everybody and there grandma has a blog..i mean its kinda like that now but mainstream to the fullest...all we geeks that been blogging all of sudden we are on top of all the others cause we were blogging before the hype...i hope you see were this is going...so i welcome all the new and unexperienced bloggers out there jump on the band wagon now cause if your going to read blogs anyway you might as well be generating hits for yourself too...im pleased with the service and i see immediate results..

Do you kind of see where i am going? If not let me plant the seed....All of these men are about 5'8 , brown skin, and slim builds....To dig just a little bit deeper I am forced to bring up Martin Lawrence, the co-star of  "Bad Boys" ...By now I hope your thinking OH SHIT she's on to something.I know for some this might just be a coincidence but for me i feel like lightning never strikes three times or maybe even four if you count Jada ,"hehe". Of course this all speculation and all based on personal opinion. Flip Flop??!!

Whats up with blogexplosion and the credits....First they give us 50 credits per every earned credit and then they take away credits and they were giving 35..now its back up to 45 wich to me they shouldn't of been messing with none of the present customers stuff it should have started with new members...it would of been a win win situation..."BX" got big promo off the first users and we should keep the 50 for giving it a chance and now that everybody and there grandma on the "BX" (and not the bronx..im using this for blogexplosion and you can't stop me) it should be only right that the newbie's get taxed for the free service...just my opinion but i always liked the phrase.."first come first serve"

I Have Finally Got It....

This rss shit is headaches but i finally i figured it out...it took me the whole day but it is now worth it...my pod-cast feed is ready and ready for yall to down-load some good music...thats what i do I'm a engineer for a startup record label trying to make it happen...i feel I'm one of the pioneers to start promoting a single online the way I'm doing it...Pod-cast makes it possible for me to distribute my song to who ever wants it all you got to do is subscribe to my feed and its all yours...The only thing is that i cant seem to get itunes to include me in the playlist...if you use ipodder for windows im in the download file in the ipodder dir. i will be posting more then music so updates will be regularly. I'm exited at all the much improved traffic i have been receiving and i would like to thank blogexplosion for the boost...

I have been trying to pod-cast my audio off my site but i cant seem to find how to get to my RSS feed to modify it.. if someone can give me some pointers on this it would really be appreciated.

Yahoo! Best Server Deal so far...

I've been seeing al these blog hosting sites that are charging like only a few megs for like 3-7 bucks a month. I hope these guys are wasting there time cuz as far as a blog is concerned everything loads better when your just using text and links. So if I'm going to pay for a server I would have more than a few megs for my few bucks...Yahoo Gives me a good 4 gigs for 20 bucks...There reliable and not to quick to cut you off if you don't pay up the first of the month...

yahoo is more concerned about how the customer feels then lets juice them for what they got. At least in my opinion. But with a blogger account and my own server is probably the best combo when using blogjet...This little thing allows me to link just about anything video, mp3, doc. Ext.

it has a good code editor to place html and compose in normal view. It gives you the ability to make a professional appearance with out all that HTML stuff..If you know how to copy and paste little sections of html your on your way to having a lot of fun.

The Blog Trend

I've had a blog now for a week or so and i cant get enough of it. its fast and up to date which the Internet was getting cluttered with old material. Now people can't help but to show off there blog so it looks like one big marketing tool for the public...but isn't only right that the public gets back the Internet....it had belonged to the corporations with all there fancy web sites and top web designers..with all the money these corporations spent on these web sites to catch our attention..it had more of a back-fire effect and kept us away from Internet content and kept the public in these cheap chat rooms and community web pages that if you didn't know any html it truly showed.. In conclusion, even if blogs are a trend at least its quality reading and about 90% of qulity designed sites. i am finally surfing the web. as you feed your blog the better it looks and up todate not to mention with everyone getting into RSS feeds the more you update the more likely someone is reading or checking out your articals..this is truly what the inernet is all about.

When I started thinking about this title I started wondering what can I possibly say to make people believe that its all in there heads...Well if this title caught your attention you are definitely one of those people that have all in there heads...If you haven't figured it out by now I'm talk about the things that control our daily lives such as drugs, food, obsession, sex, mainly anything that has to do with emotions...If I'm not mistaken emotions is all in your head. I put food 2nd because obesity consumes about a 3rd of our country's population. Drugs and food are like brother and sister, I say this cause the sensation of an overweight person eating a sandwich when there hungry is as the same senstation as a coke head gets when he gets a bump..Depression plays a big roll in both also, you get upset you go get yah something to eat, boyfriend pissed you off about some chick you go snort a line...Its not just coke, place your drug in place of the coke and you pretty much get the same effect. All the way down to prescription drugs..Its all the same, one way or another its going to control some kind of portion of your life...For you pot smokers its not the THC that's getting us its the social appeal and the habit of wanting to smoke constantly is what starts to consume your life..Whether you believe me or not I guarantee that with all the denial you might have against what I'm saying the bottom line is with the power of your own mind you can release your self of all those unnecessary addictive emotions and live our lives at peace with ones self. All these substances can only destroy you if you let them. Don't loose the fight with yourself.

This question scares me only because there is no answer. God would be good answer but he leads us in spirit and our well being with self. As for a physical leader in flesh I don't have one in mind. Well with age the definition of leader has changed in my opinion. Leadership in its truest form has a characteristics of a modern day prophet. I say this to compare a prophet of the old days and you read about how they just had a genuine goodness about them. To me i feel a person has to stand for something that is for the greater good of man if he is to be judged by god. A prophet has that trait running threw his or her bones. If this is all it takes to be a prophet than anyone can become a prophet if thats what im saying. Well i feel it is this easy, i dont see god giving extra heaven points if you help 1 person your whole life or if you saved thousands in a short period. We have to be leaders within ourselvs to overcome this slaved leadership of media, hollywood and money.

Let me explain the title...Why do women ask a married man if there married the second they speak to them. Ill tell you, because women are thinking about sex just as much as men but are afraid to admit it. What does my marital status matter if IM asking how are you doing or a hello? Because there thinking IM not having sex with a married man.
